1. Space launches to now use indigenous semiconductors (Current Affairs 28 July 2026)

• मराठी: केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव यांनी २७ जुलै २०२६ रोजी केलेल्या घोषणेनंतर, भारत आता अंतराळ प्रक्षेपण वाहनांमध्ये देशांतर्गत उत्पादित सेमीकंडक्टर्सचा वापर करण्यास सज्ज झाला आहे. ‘विक्रम-१’ च्या यशस्वी उड्डाणानंतर ‘स्कायरूट एरोस्पेस’सोबतच्या बैठकीत हा महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णय घेण्यात आला.

6. Kosi-Mechi intra-state link project gets Centre’s nod in Bihar (Current Affairs 28 July 2026)

• मराठी: केंद्र सरकारने ‘प्रधानमंत्री कृषी सिंचन योजने’च्या (PMKSY) त्वरित सिंचन लाभ कार्यक्रमांतर्गत बिहारमधील कोसी-मेची या राज्यांतर्गत जलजोडणी प्रकल्पास मंजुरी दिली आहे. ६,१४३.२२ कोटी रुपयांचा हा प्रकल्प मार्च २०२९ पर्यंत पूर्ण करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट आहे.
• English: The Union Government approved the intra-state link project of Kosi-Mechi in Bihar under the PMKSY’s Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme. The project is estimated to cost Rs 6,143.22 crore and aims to be completed by March 2029.

7. Kerala.AI adopts ANNAM system for climate-smart agriculture (Current Affairs 28 July 2026)

8. China tests completely domestic superconducting magnets for fusion (Current Affairs 28 July 2026)
