1. Commonwealth Games 2026: Mirabai Chanu wins gold, Rishikanta Singh wins silver (Current Affairs 27 July 2026)
- मराठी: २०२६ च्या राष्ट्रकुल क्रीडा स्पर्धा स्कॉटलंडमधील ग्लासगो येथे २३ जुलै ते २ ऑगस्ट २०२६ या कालावधीत होणार आहेत. २६ जुलै २०२६ रोजी, भारताच्या मीराबाई चानूने महिलांच्या ४८ किलो वजनी गटातील वेटलिफ्टिंगमध्ये सुवर्णपदक जिंकले आणि ऋषिकंत सिंगने पुरुषांच्या ६० किलो वजनी गटात रौप्यपदक पटकावले.
- English: The 2026 Commonwealth Games are scheduled to take place in Glasgow, Scotland, from 23 July to 2 August 2026. On 26th July 2026, India’s Mirabai Chanu won gold in the women’s 48kg weightlifting event and Rishikanta Singh won silver in the men’s 60kg category.

- मराठी: २६ जुलै २०२६ रोजी, नवी दिल्लीतील ‘प्रधानमंत्री संग्रहालया’मध्ये माजी पंतप्रधान अटलबिहारी वाजपेयी यांच्या ‘एआय होलोबॉक्स’चे (AI Holobox) अनावरण करण्यात आले. या ३D प्रणालीद्वारे वाजपेयींचे जीवन आणि राजकीय कारकीर्द यांविषयीची माहिती अत्यंत वास्तववादी आणि परस्परसंवादी पद्धतीने (Interactive) सादर केली जाते.
- English: The AI Holobox of the former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was unveiled at the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya in New Delhi on 26th July 2026. It uses a hyper-realistic 3D avatar to present interactive factual content on his life and legacy.
3. ‘Cyber Financial Fraud e-Zero FIR’ service launched in Gujarat (Current Affairs 27 July 2026)
- मराठी: गुजरातने २७ जुलै २०२६ रोजी गांधीनगरमध्ये ‘सायबर फायनान्शियल फ्रॉड ई-झिरो एफआयआर’ (e-Zero FIR) सेवा सुरू केली आहे. यामुळे सायबर आर्थिक फसवणुकीचे बळी ‘१९३०’ या राष्ट्रीय सायबर गुन्हे हेल्पलाइनद्वारे घरबसल्या तक्रार नोंदवू शकतात, जी पुढील तपासासाठी संबंधित पोलीस ठाण्याकडे हस्तांतरित केली जाते.
- English: Gujarat launched the Cyber Financial Fraud e-Zero FIR service in Gandhinagar on 27.07.2026. Victims can now file complaints from home via the national cybercrime helpline 1930, creating an e-Zero FIR for transfer to the appropriate police station.
4. Nepal permits Indian currency notes of ₹200 and ₹500 (Current Affairs 27 July 2026)
- मराठी: नेपाळ राष्ट्र बँकेने भारतीय आणि नेपाळी नागरिकांना भारत-नेपाळ सीमा ओलांडताना २०० आणि ५०० रुपयांच्या भारतीय चलनी नोटा सोबत बाळगण्याची परवानगी दिली आहे. या नोटा भारतातील नोटाबंदीनंतर म्हणजेच ९ नोव्हेंबर २०१६ रोजी किंवा त्यानंतर जारी केलेल्या असाव्यात अशी अट आहे.

- मराठी: २३ जुलै २०२६ रोजी भारताने ‘अनहायड्रस अमोनिया’च्या (Anhydrous ammonia) उत्पादनास आणि खत म्हणून त्याच्या वापरास तीन वर्षांसाठी मंजुरी दिली. यामध्ये ८२% नायट्रोजन असतो आणि शेतीमध्ये नायट्रोजनचा उत्तम स्रोत म्हणून त्याचा थेट वापर केला जातो.

- मराठी: ८ सप्टेंबर २०१६ रोजी GSLV-F05 द्वारे प्रक्षेपित केलेला ‘INSAT-3DR’ हा भारताचा हवामानविषयक उपग्रह भूस्थिर कक्षेतून (Geostationary orbit) आजही महत्त्वपूर्ण कार्य करत आहे. हा उपग्रह हवामान अंदाज, चक्रीवादळाचा मागोवा आणि आपत्ती व्यवस्थापनासाठी ‘रिअल-टाइम’ माहिती पुरवतो.
