1. IIT Madras incubated ‘ePlane’ develops VTOL aircraft prototype (Current Affairs 24 June 2026)

• मराठी: IIT मद्रासमध्ये विकसित झालेल्या ‘द ई-प्लेन कंपनी’ने चेन्नईमध्ये ‘e200X’ या पूर्ण आकाराच्या इलेक्ट्रिक ‘व्हर्टिकल टेक-ऑफ अँड लँडिंग’ (VTOL) विमानाचे प्रोटोटाइप तयार केले आहे. या विमानाची सध्या जमिनीवर चाचणी सुरू असून, कंपनीने २०२८ पर्यंत व्यावसायिक उत्पादनाचे आणि वर्षाला ८० विमाने तयार करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट ठेवले आहे.

8. Too early to talk about interest rate hikes: RBI Governor (Current Affairs 24 June 2026)

• मराठी: भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेचे (RBI) गव्हर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा यांनी २४ जून रोजी स्पष्ट केले की, सध्या व्याजदर वाढीबाबत बोलणे घाईचे ठरेल. ५ जून रोजी झालेल्या RBI च्या पतधोरण समितीच्या बैठकीत रेपो दर ५.२५% वर कायम ठेवण्यात आला होता, त्या पार्श्वभूमीवर त्यांनी हे विधान केले.
