1. Govt Launches DRAP for “Lakshya: Zero Dumpsites”

• मराठी: भारत सरकारने शहरातील जुने कचरा डेपो हटवण्याच्या प्रक्रियेला गती देण्यासाठी ‘डम्पसाइट रिमेडिएशन ॲक्सिलरेटर प्रोग्राम’ (DRAP) सुरू केला आहे. ऑक्टोबर २०२६ पर्यंत ‘लक्ष्य: शून्य कचरा डेपो’ साध्य करण्याचे उद्दिष्ट ठेवण्यात आले आहे.
• English: The Government of India initiated the Dumpsite Remediation Accelerator Programme (DRAP) to speed up the clearing of legacy waste, aiming to achieve “Lakshya: Zero Dumpsites” by October 2026.

2. Coking Coal Declared as “Critical and Strategic Mineral”
